Kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project D'Driven

20/03/23

Transforming Businesses into Deaf-Friendly Environments

Over 60% of Deaf individuals face exclusion in modern work environments due to the limited knowledge and tools available to employers. The D'Driven project aims to address this issue by developing an innovative asynchronous learning platform specifically designed for employers.

This cutting-edge platform will be complemented by a comprehensive work protocol tailored to the unique needs of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH) employees. By prioritizing education, awareness-raising, and transformative practices, the project strives to foster inclusive and supportive work environments.

During the meeting, the consortium partners had the opportunity to connect online, establish the project's initial goals and deadlines, and plan their forthcoming face-to-face meeting in Bilbao, Spain. The consortium comprises esteemed partners from Spain, Cyprus, Romania, and Turkey.

The D'Driven Consortium is thrilled to be part of this impactful project that will empower and improve the lives of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing (DHH) employees.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates and progress on their transformative journey!
